Publishers Clearing House needed to up its game to improve mobile app engagement and user retention rates. So my team and I worked with them to tear it down and build something fresh and exciting. 

The new PCH App is packed full of fun, super-casual, quick-play games that offer users a chance to win real-world prizes. Combined with an intuitive and efficient onboarding process, an enticing user experience, high-quality 3D graphics, and ongoing feature updates, we’ve helped build out a loyal user base that makes the app part of their everyday routine.

With 75,000 daily active users, an unbelievable 40-minute average session time, and yearly revenue of more than $11 million, PCH+ has truly become the company’s flagship sweepstakes product.
